Short staffed and busy with enquiries (phone calls and emails) that could be easily checked with answers from our website. The homepage says clearly that online registration will start on 1st Sept but so many people just ignored. 

One exceptional enquiry was from a Romanian woman coming to us to ask for a cleaner job and she said she just followed an ad. Really speechless,
