Folds

As it was Saturday it was wet and very windy for much of the day. We went to the Old Haa museum before taking the ferry to the mainland where we went to Ollaberry to see the Walls Boundary fault, which is the northernmost extension of the Great Glen fault. It was very windy and the fault is spectacular with a broad zone of crushing and folding. My blip is of some of the great folding at a micro level. The extra is of the beach where the strong wind has blown the sand around like spindrift on the hills in winter.
