Real mountain biking

This morning we went to Glentress to do some mountain biking. We planned to do the blue route which did not look that hard on the web site. We arrived and parked in the high car park so we did the route a bit the wrong way around. We started with the downhill and then had to do the uphill bit at the end; however it did not really matter.

It really was real mountain biking, with some steep narrow bits and a bit of a climb back up, it was harder work than what we normally do. We did very well and both enjoyed it but I think we need more suitable tyres for our bikes, a job for Rich.
