Super Cyclists

A pre breakfast swim to start my day then the bags were packed up ready for our next stop. It was a long day on the bikes, covering 44km, with a stop off at Hornbaek for a final swim and did in the sand, then we headed south through forests and wheat fields and along the lake to Hillerod with it's impressive lakeside castle. We were all suitably tired by the time we arrived at the hotel!
