Keys

I went to the estate agent that was managing my flat and picked up the keys. The tenant was supposed to have it professionally cleaned before he left but he didn't and I've spent 3 weeks fighting unsuccessfully with the agent trying to get them to pay for it since they told me if I had the place professionally cleaned at the beginning of the tenancy, it would be returned to me clean. 

I've hated having strangers living in my flat. I'm definitely not cut out to be a landlord. And this experience has reinforced all the bad the stereotypes about estate agents.
