Star of the show!

Amanda was on camera duty so I had a chance to take centre stage!
This is me finishing the last "SprInterval" at Endcliffe Park in Sheffield.
The local Orienteering Club - South Yorkshire Orienteers, held an informal event in the park and attracted quite a lot of families and youngsters to the beginners courses. I ran the "training event" 5 lots of short (about a kilometre each) courses in brilliant runnable woodland in the park. With it also being very warm and sunny a GREAT day was had by all, although very informal this turned out to be one of the most enjoyable events of the year for me :)
