Lunchtime Adventures

This lunchtime, colleagues Mark and Ben joined me on a now rare trip up to Turweston to have a nosey about, grab some lunch and watch some planes.

We invited ourselves in to one of the hangars, where at the end was this bright yellow plane, undergoing restoration work. I think it may be a Douglas SBD Dauntless, an American WW2 dive bomber plane.

I love having a look at things like this. It was a nice way to spend a lunchtime.
