Fabulous swim! Sunset!!

I have changed my blip and put my blip to extra.
I had the pier to myself today I've put two marker lines to show you I swam from beginning of the pier in lower right hand corner out to the pole and around the tiny boat, back to the beginning and did it again 25minutes of strong stretchy swimming. Good for Mind! Body! And Soul! The pain Specialist did say I should try to stretch and also swim every day if possible. Brilliant!!! a treatment that I like, although stretching exercises a bit more 'homework like' but keep at it!
I especially loved the skies this morning! My husband was there so I was not completely alone, just swimming alone.
