Bristol Balloon Fiesta

Well it was a little damp and grey this morning but they did manage to launch 28 balloons.
   In total I think there are 130 balloons on sight,but some are fancy shapes and are very susceptible blustery wind.It was quite windy on site.but pilots were calling back saying that the upper winds were moderate.
   But of course it was too late to launch more by then.
Very few were up for long because of drizzle and low cloud.
   Hope for better weather tomorrow morning?
