Catching the sun by my Mum's front gate.  I used to grow this when I was a boy.  It's been a lovely visit .

Home today but we made a detour en-route to meet paraplegic, Alex, another hand-cycle enthusiast.  He's an inspiring guy and although the bolt-on hand-cycle was not compatible with Jamie's chair there were a couple of other cycles to try out and we gleaned a heap of useful information.
