If I could talk to the animals

Shopping followed by a walk around the back of the house looking for grasshoppers and butterflies, as you do.  I took a few pictures of this little Meadow Grasshopper (I think) before I asked it if it would like to stand on my finger for a better view.

Note to self.  Use more handcream.
