High Noon

Out for a beautifully sunny 10k. For the second Sunday in a row, met C and K on their run. This week I resisted the temptation to make C jump approximately 10 metres up in the air. I am growing more mature.

Yesterday I noticed that the Mog was due an oil change so I nipped into the car spares shop and bought oil and filter and, after lunch, did the change - along with the various hinge-oiling, greasing and adjusting. The car requires frequent services but they are a lot cheaper than when one of the modern cars goes to the garage. Today's cost £15.
