Waiting for a boat ride...

and this was my reward for my patience.   I've seen very few butterflies in our yard this year, but this one posed very nicely!
I think it's a silver-spotted skipper, but I'm not good with bug ID's, so if it's different please let me know.
Sadly, it's landed on purple loosestrife, which does NOT belong in our lake...but it's here to stay I'm afraid.

The boat ride was outstanding....beautiful blue skies and peace.
