Life is a beach......

We have had a beautiful day today, lots of sun and just touching 20C, perfect weather.   We had a walk on the beach, always nice thing to do!

And are just about to settle to watch the World Athletics Championships' this evening...... it was so exciting last night, and it was great to see how well the British Relay teams did, both sexes, well done to them.

And congratulations also to Inveraray Pipe Band who today became the World Champions!   Well done, you have been knocking on the door, and today you did it!!!!
