WV1 Fest

H met up with a friend at WV1 Fest, a rock tribute act festival held at West Park, Wolverhampton. We were treated to State of Quo (pictured), Mentallica, Slipnowt, Reet Hit Chilli Peppers and Nirvana UK. She had a fab day, not really our sort of music but to be fair the acts were all excellent, even if we were all slightly deaf at the end of the day.

West Park itself is a lovely place, one of the best examples of a Victorian park in England. There's a lake, bandstand, gardens, play area and a heated Victorian conservatory, well worth visiting.
