Trifid

Bright early, grey middle of day, bright later.
Did some sewing during the grey bit then sat out for a while and did a little bit of gardening before going for a short run.
This looks rather sinister and, as I think it's a giant hogweed, it is.
Watching athletics, just seen the 2 Dundee athletes, though no medals for them.
