Lincoln Cathedral and Statue of Tennyson

Alfred Tennyson (1809-1892) was born and grew up in Lincolnshire. He was the most famous poet of Victorian Britain and was Poet Laureate between 1850 and 1892. And this looks like a typical 'tourist' picture and one that adorns countless postcards.
