This makes it look deceptively less knackered than it really was, as it couldn't roll and had to be held up with only the back wheel rolling between the incident location and work and then work and the bike shop at lunchtime and then the bike shop and home at hometime. Slightly embarrassingly, I crossed paths with the perpetrator on his lunch break on my way back from the bike shop when I was checking to see if there were any good CCTV cameras overlooking the point of impact, in case escalation was required. Fortunately, the fork and frame were deemed safe, and he paid up for the wheel within 48 hours of breaking it.
