On the way home from church today I literally took some random photos but decided to go with this one.

As we were approaching the house, I noticed that a State Trooper had someone pulled over, into the parking lot across from our house. The speed limit on this stretch of road was reduced over a year ago but people insist on driving the old speed or higher.

I've used the photo lab app the give the photo this effect so that the details of the car are not recognizable.
