Notes: Felt a bit better finally. Made another recipe of almond flour pancakes for breakfast, these were much better. Spent a couple hours outside, at the beach and pool. Surveyed the beach work, got fully in the water, tried to help a woman stung by a stingray. Talked to Mic a couple times, did some writing, talked to Noelle late.
