Construction Warning

Mexicans are the masters of repurposing. They take things most would throw away and find new, unique uses for those items. Take for example worn out tires. No need to clog up landfills with them, with a little yellow paint they can just as easily be used to warn motorists of a patch of recently pour concrete. Capaz is our local water company and they are forever digging up streets and replacing the pipes beneath. More times than not, it is tires just like these that let drivers know there is something to watch out for.
