Human Error

Natural instinct is to blame someone when something goes wrong.  But what if you accept that human error will always occur at some point, what can you do to prevent the impact of that error becoming catastrophic?  That was today’s meeting.  An exciting project which we hope will be backed by Highways England, as it should create safer working practices.

Caught the train to Surrey as the meeting was taking place right next to the station, so that meant I was able to avoid the M4 and M25 result!
