River in a bit of a Spate

the rain was a bit heavy last night. The roads for my cycle commute are a bit waterlogged. Others have tide marks. Apart from the road, it is a dry cycle ride in.

At lunchtime, the clouds have cleared. I go down to Damside. The water is thundering over the weir. Even at St. Bernard's Well, Extra, the water is very high.

Left a bit later than usual, but a nice cycle ride home. A bit breezy, but sunny as well.
