Cuckoo Clock

This year the floral clock in Princes Street celebrates two hundred years of publication of the Scotsman. I think it fair to say that for 90 percent of that time it was regarded as an excellent independent paper. However, in 1996 one Andrew Neil took over as editor-in-chief and it began its downward spiral to the rag of today. The clock is good though.
