Dinner for one

Chicken and mushroom puff (with steam). Tedwin has left for 4 nights attending Bristol model show at Thornbury an annual event. An eventful morning when car battery absolutely flat. We were out in it yesterday and it gave no indication of trouble. Fortunately our drive has slight slope just enough to roll the car and jump start, so new battery purchased.
Just getting lunch when a low-loader stopped at end of drive and man (not young) with a limp climbed the steps to ask if our caravan was for sale, this is happening a lot but usually young chaps in vans who stop if I am working in garden. We find it amusing as the van is at least 14 years old.
