The glorious tradition of Tabnab Tuesdays began in our office a few months ago. Every Tuesday, a member of staff (whoever's on the Tabnab Tuesday Rota for that week) brings in homebakes for everyone. Since last week was the final Tuesday of the first season, we had a secret ballot to decide the favourite bake. To my surprise and utter delight, my lemon polenta cake won. (Actually, it's Nigella Lawson's lemon polenta cake, but I'm keeping the trophy.)
