Wound up in Wexford

Cyclamen hederifolium

Nothing like such a spectacular photo as TonyG 2 days ago.  But I was pleased to see these when I took my camera down the garden today.

We had a good patch of mixed cyclamen - coum and hederifolium - in North Walsham.  And when I moved out, I took some corms with me.  But I never managed to plant them up in Lenwade, and by the time we settled here, there was just one (very large) corm.  All the others had decayed.  I planted that corm, and judging by the flowers and the stems it does seem to be getting well established under the hedge.

I need want to get some more corms.  I do very much like the wild naturalised cyclamen.
