And then the weather turned

Tootled down to Cartmel in the morning. I've never been before, thought it was lovely.

Had lunch (Morecambe Bay potted shrimps on toast) in The Old Post Office, the home of the sticky toffee pudding.

The Priory was impressive so had a good look round.

Came back over the Kirkstone Pass just as the weather took a turn for the worse so I went for an *atmospheric* blip ;-)
