Finishing touches to the cake

I had the honour of making the cake for the baby's christening tomorrow. Plus some spoon cookies and macarones.

Paula wanted to have some sugar pastry flowers and a name plate on the cake. The little flowers are supposed to be forget-me-nots ( they will get a yellow center later to make them resemble these flowers even more).

Here Paula is finishing the name plate that had to be hidden somehow from people - only to be revealed after the name giving ceremony.
