Off the beaten track

I had a meeting at Borders College in Galashiels today, which entailed a 2 1/2 hour car journey each way. It was a lovely day for a drive though, and the scenery was lovely so I didn't mind. Bought a sandwich for lunch in Peebles on my way back, then headed off to find a good place to stop and eat it.
