A good evening

I actually took this photo this morning and the evening is yesterday evening. I met up with my good friend and sister in law, Janet at the Champagne Bar at St Pancras. I like it there watching the trains arrive and depart for Paris and Brussels.  Janet ordered a bottle of Laurent Perrier champagne (wonderful) and we sat and chatted. I stayed over at a Travelodge as I would have been late home, couldn't drive, had an early meeting and the trains are a tad unreliable into Waterloo just at the moment. I bought the necklace and earrings in Delft when I was there a couple of months ago at the ERES conference (Mondrian is having a bit of a moment there)
