The Good Old Days

Home for a couple of nights, and quite glad to be out of the hurley-burley. 

This morning we  popped into 'Audrey', the restored mobile cinema which is parked in George Street, for a free 15 minute show. There were several Pathe news films from the early days of the Festival - mostly of the tattoo. Maybe that's what prompted me to take a picture of the Castle and turn it sepia.  

Or maybe I was just hankering for the old days when it was possible to get across town in less than an hour.
