The fun continues

After trains and fish yesterday, moths and birds this morning, it was the turn of the Lakeland Motor Museum this afternoon.
This is a splendid place with every inch crammed with wondrous exhibits. Grandsons thought it was magic.

Several hundred blips could be found in there and in the end I chose a newly acquired exhibit.

This is a 1937 SS Jaguar 100. Called a 100 because it was claimed it could reach that speed.
This is the 2.5 litre version of which just 198 were made and which cost when new £395. (116 were made of the 3.5 litre model).
In good condition one would now fetch over £300,000
