UFO?

I photographed this yesterday in the field by St Giles Church in Farnborough Village in Kent in the afternoon about half one/ two o clock. I wasn't sure what the blue circle was underneath, I have added another photograph as it moved in different positions. Could it be the moon or a planet? I have never seen anything like it.
