Fire and Fox Poo

Nelly had a laser tag party this morning, just as we were leaving Floss had some very sad news about one of his colleagues.
Life is short so this afternoon we went up Elrick Hill and had a fire, the girls toasted some marshmallows before the rain came on. Nelly got a muddy bum in the way back down. Winnie rolled in fox poo-couk- and was relegated to the boot much to her disbelief. She cried all the way home then had to suffer a bath.
We've had a takeaway for tea then snuggled on the sofa to watch a DVD that Nelly chose as her prize from the Summer Reading Challenge.
