An Experimental Process

The Machine Room.

The brewery over the road was constantly experimenting and developing the new. Today I was in the control room for the underground cooling system that kept the beer cool while it brewed. A first or biggest (I can't remember which) of it's kind. It's currently being used as a show room.

We were there to see the latest homes to go on sale in the building developments in the old brewery's grounds. All 60 homes were sold in 1½ hours, ....we were too late. Three couples had camped out for over three days to be first in line. They will be ready in 2019.
