In the rain

I had promised a friend we would go to visit the flower show at RHS Rosemoor today. The forecast wasn't great and the rain started before it had been promised. This exhibit won the best in show. I was reluctant to take my camera out of it's case due to the rain.
In other news, my son and family are travelling back home to Calgary today. While they have been away, they have sold their house having committed to buying another before they left. Completion date on the sale is 5th September, they need to get their skates on. They only put it on the market just before they left two weeks ago. The first couple interested backed out as they had a surveyor who spent 8 hours going through the house with a fine tooth pick and wanted too many things changed before they were prepared to commit. The second buyers offered the same price ande were much more reasonable in their demands, you can't change your mind once "conditions are lifted" and that happened yesterday so it's full steam ahead when they return.
