A morning walk with Mrs SJR  and Caley above UI.

It was all a bit of a rush. On return after the morning walk we had a quick lunch. I had a shower and had to quickly cut up a chicken for the freezer, not in that order. I was taking L, oldest boy to see Caley Thistle. The A82 road was dreadfully busy and on arrival we still had to collect our tickets from the wee office outside the stadium. I like to park quite a long way from the ground as it avoids traffic queues after the match. We did the 25 minute walk in 20, collected the tickets and were seated with 5 minutes to spare.
ICT are now in the Championship league following painful relegation last season. This game against Morton was hard fought and ended up a 1-1 draw. On this evidence it is difficult to envisage a fairy tale return tothe top league at the first attempt. Despite the slightly disappointing score line the game provided fantastic entertainment.
One advantage of playing in a lower league is that the traffic situation post match is now much easier. Noted for next time!
