What's He Up To?

Visited a church in South London this morning and then travelled by bus up towards Victoria. 

As we sat on the upper deck, we spotted this man sitting on top of a bus shelter.

If like us, you're wondering what he's up to, take a closer look. The clue is there but it has nothing to do with the window reflection in his head which just happens to add a quirkiness to the shot.
