Smile :)

I've had a week off work and it's been a tough week emotionally-lots of time curled up on the sofa in my pj's, lack of motivation and lots of tears but ...
Me and Joshua went to Loughborough today..as I was part of the Community Heroes awards ceremony,as Loughborough Mental Health Wellbeing Cafe Project had been nominated for an award.
I volunteer 1 Friday a month in the Emporium 57 shop in Loughborough....helping to raise funds to support the Project :)
It was a great Sunday full of laughter,smiles,fun and happy moments.


Here's to a new week full of smiles and hopefully more happy moments :)
