Unnatural cycle

A return home to the old routine including a school run on Friday and taking Evan to swimming practice today. A nice hour or so spent in the company of the daughter chatting over a cup of coffee while Evan splashed his way up and down the pool. A different form of exercise was taking place outside as cyclists and skateboarders used the window as a performance venue.
