Arden Quarter II

The development of Arden Quarter, the Orbit housing project taking place on the old cattle market, is coming on a pace after years of non-action. Progress can be watched from the top of the stairs leading down to the station or through little windows that have been built into the surrounding fence, as per this picture.  I know there's no action in view but I like the signs of construction.
