Birthday beach

Mrs P celebrates her birthday today and we spent a terrific day exploring one of the beaches near Tavira. We hired bikes and despite the heat, we made it to a nearby town, caught the ferry and spent the early afternoon on one of the beaches in this part of the world which form part of a national park. Tomorrow we head back home, having been lucky enough to eke our summer hols for a few extra days.
