We are finding more things to do with the figs. This pie was the result of watching a two minute recipe on French television between the main programmes. Fill a pastry case with faisselle (the curds from goat's, sheep's or cow's milk) sweetened with a little honey and plant figs on the top. We used goat curds. Delicious and so easy.
