I went home and vowed to tackle some of the garden - where to begin! I had various interruptions, all nice, including a skype with son#2. The big news, and it's now pretty certain and official, is that he and his girl are off to New Zealand!! To live!  She is one of the first cohort of 30 young entrepreneurs who has been awarded  a Global Impact Visa by the  Edmund Hillary Fellowship  based in New Zealand. One of their aims is to impact the course of humanity! They have their visas for three years and are off to meet the other members of the cohort in October, with a view to moving over in January or February. Gulp. It s an awful long way but they have to do it. New Zealand blippers be warned, we may be calling on you! 

And the heather is out and blooming - enjoy a bit of
