Predator.........

I watched this guy from a distance for about 20 minutes, he'd zoom off for a few minutes, then land back in the same place, sit still for five minutes, then zoom off again.

I crept closer and closer which didn't seem to bother him at all. I eventually got close enough to get some shots. He was zooming off to capture some food and returneing to the same plant to eat his catch.

You can clearly see the legs and lower abdomen of some sort of insect in his mouth. He just sat there and munched away until it was all eaten, waited five mintues and away he went again...........

He's just a killing machine.......!!

The image was taken on the beach close to the wetlands i mentioned in yesterday blip.
