Busy as a bee.....

Tomorrow night's our big night - Captainbob and I are cooking an 8 course Indian taster meal for twenty odd people. All profits going to the Nepal Fund, to build a house for the yak farmers.
Lots of prep. done, and the Turkish Delight Tiffin & Cardamon Shortbread is ready. Time to relax for a wee while now.
I'd quite like a day off, but will have to wait till we get to Nepal in November for a proper holiday. :)
