Generosity

This absolutely stunningly beautiful, handmade memory album was made for my #2 daughter by a friend. The shell is an element she picked up on a beach and is implanted in the front cover of this beautiful piece of timber marquetry. The back cover is wood also and the journal is bound rustically in leather.
The large feather nestling behind the whale's fluke is a pen and inside just tucked under the first leather thong hinge is a tiny half inch real feather  , echoing the sentiment on the cover.The whole thing is beautifully crafted and hand polished.
