Sunny Beach

We are having a lazy day by the sea today. The sea has looked lovely each time we’ve crossed the busy road so today we thought we’d have a swim It – was lovely. No screaming children, and a bar not far away – bliss!

We rode the waves, went under and over, played ball, well not me but the others did I used it as a float!

Shamefully I have to say I screamed in the sea! This piece of something landed very near me! It was green sea weed! But I didn’t know!

All sea’d out we retired back to the hotel, screaming children and all for a shower, sleep and prepare for the evening out.

Tea tonight will be at Fat Cat’s, we have a voucher from Amy our Thomas Cook Rep. We’ll have tea and see if we can manage to play bingo correctly because tonight is BIG money!

We arrived, slept and freshened up, ordered drink and food, purchased our bingo tickets with explanation of how to play. Now tonight there are 3 games, not one where you play all boxes! 1 box = 1 game, we play for a line and a full house. Simples!

Eyes down, teenage son was given the lucky pen I told the DJ would win! Legs 11, wolf whistles, thankyou leg lovers! 2 little ducks, ready, “quack quack Fat cats” 22 , we are good at this! On its own 1 little duck, that’s just 1 ‘quack’ “quack fat cats” eyes down 5 and 9 The Brighton Line “choo choo” and a big shout HOUSE! If the lucky pen hadn’t gone and won the line. Well done teenage son, he chose his prize, a bottle, they don’t ask for ID here apart from at the casino and he couldn’t get in!

Anyway, off on a tangent again, eyes down for the full house, not us. No further lines, no further house and certainly no winning money which tonight stood at £100 the line and £600 the full house, worth winning but not to be.

We headed back to the hotel most screaming children in bed by now thank goodness, it was the older teenage children back from a party and totally no regard for anyone else who may be trying to sleep at 4am but never mind, they soon went quiet and of course I was never a teenager trying to be quiet!
