Run

It was lovely and sunny this morning and as I sat at my desk at work I was kicking myself for not getting up early to go running.

I was determined to go running after work and tried to keep positive even when it clouded over and started raining during the afternoon.

Luckily by the time I was ready to go it was sunny again and I had a great time. The rain wouldn't have stopped me, but it does make it more pleasant with a bit of sun.

After a crappy day a good run really sorts you out :)
